1. Each dive list must contain 5 dives
2. All voluntaries are assigned a dd of 1.9
3. The dive list must contain 2 voluntaries
4. The dive list must contain 3 optionals
5. No dives can be repeated
6. Voluntaries must cover 2 categories
7. Optionals must cover 3 categories
8. Rounds 1,2 must all be voluntaries
9. Rounds 3-5 must all be optionals
10. Rounds 1-5 must be performed on 3M
11. Any skill dive used as an optional or voluntary will have an assigned DD of 1.0
