1. Each dive list must contain 3 dives
2. All voluntaries are assigned a dd of 1.9
3. The dive list must contain 1 voluntaries
4. The dive list must contain 2 optionals
5. No dives can be repeated
6. Optionals must cover 2 categories
7. Rounds 1 must all be voluntaries
8. Rounds 2,3 must all be optionals
9. Rounds 1-3 must be performed on 3M
10. Any skill dive used as an optional or voluntary will have an assigned DD of 1.0
