1. Each dive list must contain 6 dives
2. The dive list must contain 1 voluntaries
3. The dive list must contain 5 optionals
4. No dives can be repeated
5. Optionals must cover 4 categories
6. Rounds 1 must all be voluntaries
7. Round 1 has a dd ceiling of 1.8
8. Rounds 1-6 must be performed on 1M
9. Rounds 1 can only use dives from categories Front.
10. Only dives from the NFHS rulebook are allowed
