3. The dive list must contain 4 skills
4. The dive list must contain 1 voluntaries
5. Skill dives can be repeated.
6. Rounds 1-4 must all be skills
7. Rounds 5 must all be voluntaries
8. Rounds 1-5 must be performed on 1M
9. Valid skills dives are 100C, 200A, 100A, 200C
10. Round 1 must be a dive from this list: 100C
11. Round 2 must be a dive from this list: 200A
12. Round 3 must be a dive from this list: 100A
13. Round 4 must be a dive from this list: 200C
14. Round 5 must be a dive from this list: 101C,101B,102C,102B,401C,401B
