1. Each dive list must contain 7 dives
2. All voluntaries are assigned a dd of 1.8
3. The dive list must contain 3 voluntaries
4. The dive list must contain 4 optionals
5. No dives can be repeated
6. Voluntaries must cover 3 categories
7. Optionals must cover 4 categories
8. Rounds 1-3 must all be voluntaries
9. Rounds 4-7 must all be optionals
10. Rounds 1-7 must be performed on 1M
11. Any skill dive used as an optional or voluntary will have an assigned DD of 1.0
