3. The dive list must contain 2 skills
4. The dive list must contain 3 optionals
5. No dives can be repeated
6. Optionals must cover 2 categories
7. Rounds 1,2 must all be skills
8. Rounds 1-5 must be performed on 3M
9. Valid skills dives are 100A, 100B, 100C, 200A, 200B, 200C
