2. All skills are assigned a dd of 1.0
3. The dive list must contain 3 skills
4. The dive list must contain 2 voluntaries
5. Skill dives can be repeated.
6. Rounds 1-3 must all be skills
7. Rounds 4,5 must all be voluntaries
8. Rounds 1-5 must be performed on 3M
9. Valid skills dives are 100B, 200B, 002A
10. Round 1 must be a dive from this list: 100B
11. Round 2 must be a dive from this list: 200B
12. Round 3 must be a dive from this list: 002A
13. Round 4 must be a dive from this list: 101C,101B,401C,401B
14. Round 5 must be a dive from this list: 102C,102B,103C,201C,201B,201A
