1. Divers must perform six unique dives: one voluntary (max DD 1.8) and five optionals. Round 1 consists only of voluntary dives from the Front category, with a DD ceiling of 1.8. Rounds 2 to 6 consist of optional dives, covering four categories. All dives are performed from 1M, and only dives from the NFHS rulebook are allowed. No dives can be repeated.
